Customers send detailed requirements including application scenario, technical parameters, quantity and target market. Our sales and technical team provide accurate product selection and formal quotation according to your actual usage.

Step 2: Sample Confirmation

We support free sample delivery for quality testing. Customers can test water absorption, gel strength, solidification effect and other performances to confirm the most suitable grade.

Step 3: Sign Formal Sales Contract

After confirming product specification, unit price, quantity, lead time, payment terms and document requirements, both sides sign the official foreign trade contract to lock price and delivery schedule.

Step 4: Deposit Payment & Stock Preparation

After receiving the deposit, we arrange production and stock preparation from qualified cooperative factories, strictly follow export quality standards.

Step 5: Quality Inspection & Document Preparation

Before shipment, we complete batch inspection on particle size, performance and appearance. Full set of export documents including MSDS, COA, non-dangerous certificate and customs declaration files will be prepared in advance.

Step 6: Balance Payment & Shipment

After receiving the balance payment, goods will be packed with standard neutral export package. We arrange LCL or FCL sea shipment and provide loading photos, tracking information and bill of lading.

Step 7: Logistics Tracking & After-sales Service
